Workplace violence is a serious issue, and while one session cannot completely resolve it, it can help minimize risk through education and prevention. Participants will gain an understanding of what constitutes workplace violence and the factors that contribute. Throughout the session we discuss the early warning signs of potential violence, as well as techniques that can be used to help diffuse situations before they escalate.
