Request a training for: Compassion Fatigue in the Workplace
Compassion fatigue is a state of tension due to the suffering of the person being helped, resulting in secondary traumatic stress for the caregiver. This workshop will help those who help others learn how to manage burnout, recharge, and practice self-care skills. It is appropriate for general caregivers, healthcare workers, first responders, and anyone providing significant care for others. Workplaces will learn what employees may encounter, what to look for in an employee who may be struggling, and how to best support them.
